Returns & Exchanges
At ThinkEDU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your academic technology purchases. If your hardware or software does not meet your needs, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original, unopened packaging.
Request an RMA
Log into your ThinkEDU account and navigate to your order history to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that opened software or activated digital licenses are generally non-returnable due to licensing restrictions.
Package Your Item
Carefully pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, cables, and accessories. Write your assigned RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box, not the product packaging.
Ship the Return
Send your package using a traceable shipping method like UPS or FedEx to our designated processing center. We recommend insuring your shipment, as ThinkEDU is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, minus any applicable restocking fees.
